Financial Planning Specialist

Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making processes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the annual budgeting and long-range forecast process, ensuring alignment across divisions.
  • Collaborate with commercial finance teams and business leaders to drive performance and achieve financial goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with finance teams to enable accurate and insightful commentary on commercial drivers behind results.
  • Standardize reporting templates and tools to ensure consistency and comparability across business units.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an FP&A Analyst or Commercial Analyst position.
  • Competent analytical and numeric skills, with ability to effectively communicate to non-financial team members.
  • Strong business, finance, and commercial acumen, with exceptional ability to synthesize information.
