Strategic Business Improvement Specialist

Are you an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving business growth? Do you have experience in analyzing customer journeys, gathering requirements, and delivering insights that drive product improvements?
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Improvement Specialist to support our Product team in driving experimentation and optimisation initiatives within critical parts of the customer journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing customer journeys, gathering requirements, and delivering insights that drive product improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in analytics tools, and experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation practices. They will also have excellent stakeholder relationship skills, leveraging analytics tools to assess product performance, and supporting A/B testing and data analysis efforts to inform product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle by documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define product specifications.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of product features and decisions.
