We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing critical data and insights to inform key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimize financial performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a finance business partnering role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
