Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making through delivery of business intelligence solutions.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, streamline processes and contribute to impactful analytics projects; while also assisting in the development and maintenance of key reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading initiatives that combine business intelligence and analytics to address complex challenges and opportunities, and conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
  • Designing, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSMS
  • Identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions to optimise organisational workflows while monitoring key performance indicators to track progress and highlight opportunities for enhancement
  • Facilitating workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on insights and strategies
  • Collaborating with teams to define organisational data needs and priorities and leverage data for strategic improvement
Selection Criteria
  • Strong data visualisation skills including the ability to deliver clear, targeted and impactful user experience reports
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SSMA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
