Job Title: Front Office Night Supervisor

A key role has arisen for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our night shift operations as a Front Office Night Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will be instrumental in driving excellence in customer service, team management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Team Performance: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance team productivity, motivation, and performance.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure seamless maintenance of accurate records across guest and financial details.
  • Customer Service Delivery: Foster a positive and engaging experience for guests through exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the professional and efficient operation of the Front Office team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality environment is highly advantageous.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar, ability to work independently, and strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Languages: Second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable.
