Front Office Operations Supervisor
Job Description:Our hospitality team is seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our front office department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising staff.
- Develop and implement effective front office procedures to ensure seamless delivery of excellent service.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest transactions, including check-in/check-out, payment handling, and room assignment.
- Monitor and control front office costs, maintaining budgets and reporting variances as required.
- Contribute to the development of training programs for front office staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver 5-star service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer literacy in hotel property management systems and other relevant software.
- Training and development experience in a hospitality setting (desirable).
