Job Description

This position is for a Night Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the Front Office operations at a luxury hotel. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and leadership, with experience in team management and conflict resolution.

The Night Supervisor will lead the night shift operations, including team training, development and performance management. They will ensure records across guest and financial details are accurately maintained. Leading, motivating, and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service is a key responsibility of this role.

Additionally, the Night Supervisor will ensure the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team. Responding to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence is also an important aspect of this position.

The ideal candidate will have previous duty manager/supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality environment. Knowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar is advantageous. The ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately is crucial.

Requirements

• Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality environment

• Knowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar

• Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately

• Strong organisation and time management skills
