We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night shifts, including managing overnight hotel operations, completing accurate and timely financial audits, maintaining hotel security, and providing exceptional guest service.

  • The Night Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting our overnight operations, stepping into the Night Manager role as needed, and assisting with front office duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Night Audit Processes: Complete accurate and timely financial audits, reconciling daily revenue, and monitoring financial discrepancies.
  2. Hotel Security: Maintain hotel security, acting as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, and responding to any security concerns.
  3. Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Team Supervision: Assist in supervising overnight team members and ensuring standards are maintained.
  5. Reporting: Prepare daily financial and operational reports for management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently overnight and handle emergency situations.
