Job Opportunity: Quality Excellence Leader

The ideal candidate will lead quality processes, system enhancements, and cultural transformations across multiple projects. This role entails identifying and mitigating risks to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Lead quality initiatives, foster a culture of excellence, and improve systems across various projects
  • Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to embed compliance and quality best practices
  • Analyse root causes, implement effective solutions, and monitor ongoing improvements

This newly created role offers the chance to develop and continuously enhance our Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance, innovation, and exceptional results across new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, and remedial projects.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management or as an experienced Quality Advisor/Lead Advisor ready to take on more responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and assurance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, auditing, or related fields
