Regional Clinical Director Opportunity

As a Regional Clinical Director, you'll be at the forefront of clinical excellence - working closely with veterinary teams, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple clinics.
  • Collaborate closely with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development, and build strong relationships.
  • Promote best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
  • Stay ahead of advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.
Requirements
  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
  • Memberships in an area of Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering others.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed.
