Site Operations Leader

The role of Site Operations Leader is to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Queensland.

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing operational plans to meet customer service, safety, quality, and productivity standards.

You will ensure that the site continuously delivers world-class customer service levels and drives performance against budget and forecast.

The key duties of this role include:

  • Developing and executing operational plans to lead the site to meet operational goals and profit objectives.
  • Leading the objectives, policies, programs, and budgets within production, packaging, maintenance, operational excellence, and warehouse functions.
  • Ensuring the site continuously delivers world-class customer service levels.
  • Setting and reviewing draft budget for the Operations Departments for submission and approval by senior management.
  • Driving performance of the Operations Department managers against budget and forecast.
  • Managing direct reports to develop capability of the management team in Operations and ensuring alignment of the team through staff meetings and informal discussions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering.
  • Previous experience in a senior level within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies.
