Job Overview

The Site Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations at our Berrinba site. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement while ensuring efficient management of all operational activities.

  • Leading and managing the operations team to drive performance and maintain high standards of service delivery for valued customers
  • Overseeing warehouse operations to guarantee timely and accurate results in line with SLA's
  • Analysing operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, and ensuring site compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Managing resources and logistics to optimise operational costs, improve service levels, and exceed customer expectations
  • Providing training, support, and development opportunities for team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management within the 3PL logistics or supply chain industry, showcasing leadership and team management skills, including the ability to engage, motivate, and develop your team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional outlook
