Job Title: Centre Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a talented leader to lead our team and drive operational, safety, service, and commercial outcomes for our centre. This key leadership role will guide the team to connect with our customers, business partners, and community to help us deliver on our strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strong results by effectively influencing stakeholders, growing team capability and engagement, ensuring effective financial and commercial performance, and prioritising the team's focus on areas our customers tell us are most important.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a customer-led culture of excellence.
  • Grow and develop team capabilities and engagement.
  • Drive commercial outcomes across the centre P&L and capital planning processes.
  • E nsure compliance to WHS and life safety standards across the team and contract partners.
  • Promote asset team alignment on strategic planning and priorities.
  • Utilise customer listening tools to inform strategic plans and operational excellence.
Key Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in centre management and team leadership, with a proven track record of achieving results. They will also possess expertise in project management and financial management, as well as a passion for customer experience and strong commercial acumen.

A key requirement is the ability to develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
