
Lead Client Relationship Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs, proactively identify solutions, and develop strong productive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - conduct regular business meetings to review performance, opportunities, and address challenges.
- Achieve targets & growth objectives, monitor account health - take proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent churn.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports - stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 or 3 years experience in a B2B sales or account management/customer service role within the IT or SaaS industry - able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
