
Expert Client Relationship Professional

We are seeking a proactive, client-focused professional to join our team. If you have strong communication and relationship-building skills, good commercial awareness, and experience using CRM or task tracking systems, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients across various industries. Your role will involve acting as the main contact for assigned clients, leading regular meetings to review performance, and ensuring client goals are well understood and reflected in ongoing service delivery.

- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead regular meetings to review performance and ensure client needs are met
- Ensure client goals are well understood and reflected in ongoing service delivery
- Respond to client issues and questions in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to increase platform usage or introduce new features supporting client evolving needs
- Support preparation of pricing proposals, usage reviews, and renewal documentation
- Manage renewal timelines to maintain long-term relationships
- Assist in onboarding new sites, teams, or users as clients expand Innomesh use
- Highlight how platform improvements and new capabilities align with client goals
- Help clients get the most from the platform through education, guidance, and support
- At least 3 years' experience in account management, customer support, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good commercial awareness and comfort discussing pricing, renewals, and growth opportunities
- Well-organized and confident managing multiple accounts and tasks concurrently
- Experience using CRM or task tracking systems such as Pipedrive and Asana
