About the Role

As a Client Relationship & Sales Coordinator, you will:

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, coordinate, and contribute to tender submissions.
  • Monitor company performance against service agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage CRM updates and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
  • Create, send, and follow up on quotes, tenders, and sales leads.
  • Act as a key contact for client issues, escalating where needed to ensure resolutions.
  • Support marketing initiatives and attend industry functions to promote services.
  • Help the sales team identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage client contracts and look for new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Track KPIs and stay informed about competitors and market trends.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a sales coordination role.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and networking with clients.
  • Experience managing tenders and proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • English proficiency at native speaker level
  • A professional yet friendly approach, with a sense of humour and a problem-solving mindset.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • The motivation to work both independently and as part of a team.
