Job Description:

The Marketing Director – Event Strategy is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and event strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement across the Australian market.

This role involves leading the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to the Australian market, aligned with global commercial goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand generation, digital marketing, and end-to-end event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth and accelerate the sales cycle
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, and messaging in collaboration with commercial strategists and campaign managers
  • Lead demand generation initiatives across digital, content, and event channels
  • Support content creation as part of demand generation and campaign initiatives
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, catering, AV, collateral, and on-site execution
  • Develop event marketing plans, including audience targeting, invitation content, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and event management, with a strong focus on the Australian market. They will also have exposure to or experience working within the broader Asian financial marketplace.
