Job Title: Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Food & Beverage and Conferencing & Events marketing efforts.

This exciting role will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing multiple brands or venues simultaneously, with a strong background in the hospitality and food & beverage industry.

Campaign reporting and analysis will be a key part of this role, including business impacts such as turnover, revenue and sales activities. The successful candidate will also support the Conferencing & Events team by developing the sales pipeline targeting both new and existing clients through lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns across owned, digital and traditional channels
  • Lead campaign implementation across digital and traditional channels
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Support the Conferencing & Events team by developing the sales pipeline
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in the hospitality and food & beverage industry
  • Proven ability to manage marketing for multiple brands or venues simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across owned, digital and traditional channels
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging and on-brand content for a variety of platforms and audiences
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business impact
  • Hands-on experience with project management and CRM platforms
