Customer Service Advisor Role

Randstad is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in the Adelaide CBD. As a key member of our call centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with various stakeholders, providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
  • Assess customer eligibility for financial applications, using guidelines and data to make informed decisions
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
