About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment for a leading Australian Telco company.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support via email, phone, and live chat. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support for their mobile and unified communications needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st-level service and support to customers
  • Ensure customers are supported in the latest technology for mobile and unified communications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain world-leading NPS results
  • Work closely with Telstra and other major tech vendors to resolve customer issues
  • Maximize customer time connected through basic troubleshooting
  • Use tools, knowledge, and training to deliver imei's products in the most effective way possible

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Order processing (pick, pack, and dispatch)
  • Maintaining databases of logistics information
  • Coordinating and servicing all equipment
  • Performing administrative duties and providing support to all departments
  • Maintaining effective communication channels with all departments
  • Maintaining relevant, accurate, and accessible records of all activities
