Are you a sales and service professional with a passion for cardiac rhythm management? Do you have a strong background in account planning, territory management, and forecasting? We're seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management portfolio in Tasmania.

About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and educating on Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm management products and services across the assigned territory hospital network. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales revenue targets by developing or strengthening relationships with clinical stakeholders and through effective sales and service strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm management products and services across the assigned territory hospital network.
  • Work with the team to achieve sales revenue targets by developing or strengthening relationships with clinical stakeholders and through effective sales and service strategies.
  • Understand the clinical and service needs of customers and provide the highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while seeking out efficiency.
  • Ensure the highest level of clinical, technical, and sales knowledge is attained and maintained.
  • Collaborate with other Clinical Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Business Development Managers to assist in the execution of business plans.
  • Build awareness and access key influencers, key hospital stakeholders, and leverage relationships to execute on account strategies.
  • Support clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research Manager.
  • Monitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing, general science, business, or similar.
  • Significant experience in cardiac implantable device sales or a clinical setting, account planning, territory management, and forecasting.
  • Required to travel up to 50%, valid driver's license required.
