About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Mobility Solutions Specialist to join our team at Macquarie. This is a unique opportunity to work on delivering WorkSpace One operational stability, supporting global business activities through technology services across physical devices, desktop operating systems, application packaging, printing, and remote access.

What You Will Do

You will play a critical role in delivering mobility solutions that enable our team to provide seamless technology services to our clients. Your expertise in designing, implementing, deploying, and managing iOS and Android operating systems will be crucial in ensuring our mobility management systems are running smoothly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Background in WorkSpace One Enterprise Mobility Management, UEM design understanding, networking, and automation in large enterprise environments
  • Experience in Level 2 and 3 support with WorkSpace One/inTune MDM and network technologies
  • Sound knowledge of Mobile Device Management technologies, preferably VMware/Omnissa AirWatch / Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune
  • MDM migration experience (Workspace One/Intune) highly advantageous
  • Experience in design, implementation, deployment, and management of iOS and Android operating systems design and/or implementation
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and associated technologies including Azure, Exchange, Intune, Active Directory
  • Beneficial to have proven experience with RESTful APIs and PowerShell Scripting
  • Knowledge of Netskope and Managed Apple IDs an advantage
