Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing 75 accounts within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on driving sales performance, identifying opportunities for account expansion and new business, and providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Field Work: Conduct regular site visits to understand client needs and preferences, and to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales and Growth: Drive sales performance by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and by expanding existing accounts.
  • Time Management: Efficiently plan and organize travel and meetings to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, account status, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experienced: Proven background in HVAC or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
  • Motivated: Highly driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple accounts effectively.
  • Self-Sufficient: Comfortable working independently in a field-focused role, with strong time management and organizational skills.
