About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own territory and building relationships with on-premise clients within the pubs, clubs, and hotels industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage your own call cycle and territory management plan
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85K - $100K + super + car, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for individual performance bonuses of up to $25K per year.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of external sales and account management within the FMCG industry
  • Experience working within the food services industry, specifically within the HoReCa sector (pubs, clubs, restaurants, etc.)
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills
