About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Sigma Healthcare. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing margin, and achieving budget within a defined geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve budgeted sales targets within your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including pharmacy owners and managers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory through cold calling, utilising IMS data and solution selling skills
- Drive growth of the Sigma Independent program within your territory
- Develop and implement a plan to identify pharmacies at risk of resignation and create processes to retain them
Requirements
- Experience in sales and account management in a pharmacy environment
- Sales and business development experience within the consumer environment
- Experience in the preparation of management reports and analysis of financial reports and budgets
- Commercial and business acumen
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills
