The Role:

We are seeking a strategic Research Manager/Senior Research Manager with proven expertise in managing ad-hoc Quantitative and Qualitative pharmaceutical research projects. Reporting directly to our founder, you will collaborate closely with our senior leadership team, leveraging your ideas to drive business growth.

As a full-service consultant, you will be responsible for project management, designing discussion guides and surveys, quantitative analysis (Q), qualitative facilitation (in-depth interviews, workshops, and groups), report writing, insight generation, and delivering engaging presentations that drive impact.

Requirements:

  • 2-7+ years of market research agency experience within the pharmaceutical sector">
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including hands-on experience with Q">
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies">
