Job Description
The role involves assisting in strategies to recruit new members and retain existing ones, as well as tracking member interactions, managing communication workflows, and generating reports on membership metrics and engagement activities within the CRM system.

About You

Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
