Membership Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Development Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain a thriving membership base at one of our premium clubs. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective members, inspiring them to start their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals.
  • Build rapport with leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Provide personalized interactions to create positive member experiences.
  • Follow up on inquiries to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Participate in member retention programs and engage members regularly.
About You
