We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Services Representative to join our team in Woolloongabba.
- Drive an exceptional member experience through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, colleagues, and Regional Leaders.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership net growth and achieve monthly KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience and success in customer service and sales roles.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
- Competitive hourly rate plus commission.
