Resource Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Resource Manager to join our team. The role involves guiding Portfolio Leaders in resource allocation and developing insights for capacity shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop resource forecasts to anticipate demand and address constraints or gaps.
  • Work closely with the Enablement function to ensure cross-skilling gaps are addressed.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular audits of project system data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and identify potential risks related to over/under utilisation or resource misalignment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in resource coordination, workforce planning, or project operations.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to identify patterns, predict risks, and solve resource-related challenges.
  • Clear and concise communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Favourite Qualifications:

  • Experience working in SaaS or software vendor in professional services team.
  • Understanding of commercial billing models.
