Senior Creative Resource Coordinator

The position involves coordinating the workflow and resource allocation to ensure a seamless delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:- Prioritize tasks based on skills, style, experience, and availability of team members.
- Monitor current and future project workloads to prevent over-scheduling or resource gaps.
- Understand the project lifecycle to effectively schedule and manage tasks.
- Assist with financial aspects of freelancers, including invoices and payment processes.
- Partner with account and project management teams to ensure resource availability for project milestones.
- Track resource utilization and output to optimize efficiency and improve project outcomes.
At least 1-2 years of advertising agency experience in either a Project, Account, Resource, or Production management position is required.
Required Skills:- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams and individuals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage detailed schedules and complex bookings.
- Talent and creative understanding, including knowledge of different creative disciplines, styles, and work processes.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to identify resource gaps and provide solutions before they impact project timelines.
- Negotiation and people management skills to negotiate with freelancers and manage relationships within the team.
- Financial acumen to oversee budgets and manage the financial aspects of freelance resources.
