Senior Human Resources Coordinator

Job Opportunity:
A unique chance for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to contribute to the growth and development of our organization by implementing and training staff in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and implement HRIS onboarding processes, ensuring seamless user adoption across all modules;
- Oversee recruitment activities, employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and performance management, leveraging the HRIS as a key tool;
- Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to staff on HR-related policies, procedures, Enterprise Agreements, and other employment lifecycle matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related field;
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and training staff on HRIS systems;
- Previous generalist HR experience, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and process improvement;
- Ability to provide guidance on Enterprise Agreements, policies, and employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act.
