Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Resource Coordinator to manage resource allocations, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and track contractor extensions.
About the Role- This is a key position that requires strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate will have high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional organisational skills.
- Manage resource allocations across multiple projects and programs, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, including seating allocations, training coordination, and contractor management.
- Track, plan, and submit contractor extensions to ensure continuity and adherence to internal processes.
- Contribute to leadership meeting outcomes and prepare stakeholder communications.
