As a Roads and Transit Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and delivering outstanding results across a diverse portfolio of road and transit projects in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams on the development and delivery of road and transit infrastructure projects.
  • Provide expert strategic advice on road networks and transit systems.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and present high-quality project proposals, feasibility studies, and business cases.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team, supporting their growth and development.
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding our service offerings to clients.

About You:

  • You have extensive experience in road and transit infrastructure, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of transit systems, road planning, and design principles.
  • You have exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • You have a proven ability to collaborate with government agencies, clients, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the company at senior levels.
  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering, transportation planning, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the roads and transportation sector.
