Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the planning and delivery of major transportation infrastructure projects. As a Senior Transportation Infrastructure Planner, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design and development of high-speed motorways and urban arterials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical design issues.
  • Lead a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance and coaching to enhance capabilities.
  • Determine resource requirements for project plans, working closely with project managers and team leaders.
  • Ensure accurate, clear, and concise project documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project managers, team leaders, and clients.
  • Comply with industry standards and best practices for transportation infrastructure design.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant degree or qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads.
  • Proven experience in project delivery environments, with expertise in Austroads Guide to Road Design and local authority CADD standards.
