Key Responsibilities
  • Champion strategic direction by working with Regional Market Leaders to identify priority sub-markets and align market strategy with our business plan.
  • Drive client and market growth by building meaningful relationships and advocating for our services.
  • Lead work-winning efforts by guiding long-term opportunity planning, strategic campaigns and bids.
  • Foster collaboration and inclusion by supporting Market, Client and Practice Leaders.
  • Shape future capability by identifying talent needs, recruiting individuals and supporting staff development.
  • Deliver excellence in projects by acting as Project Director on key initiatives.
Qualifications Required
  • Extensive experience in Australian transport infrastructure sector, having worked with State Transport Departments.
  • Senior relationships across client, industry partner and contractor organisations.
  • Proven track record in positioning, winning and delivering major infrastructure projects.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, transport planning or related field.
  • Chartered status relevant to Transport Market and client requirements.
