Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at Medibank Private Limited. As a key member of our Integrated Brand team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our creator and short-form video strategies, ensuring they effectively support broader marketing goals and enhance our brand visibility and preference amongst target audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute measurable creator and influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Negotiate partnerships and contracts with creators and influencers/agencies/talent managers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing campaigns for TikTok and other vertical video placements like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Partner with Finance and the wider team on annual social budget forecasting and initiatives planning, and managing your own allocation of this.
- Track and measure campaign performance, analysing ROI and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a seasoned, creative professional with experience in TikTok and crafting compelling short-form social video content. You will also need to have experience in managing relationships with agencies and creators, as well as being comfortable with managing a budget and ensuring tasks are running to time and cost.
You will be an effective storyteller, able to bring together people, ideas, and insights to achieve great results for the business. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
