We are seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Day Team at Betfair Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering calls and emails, and assisting with the registration and education of new customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Efficiently and professionally answering calls and emails from customers, providing betting information, and accurately completing bet placement on their behalf.
- Responding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails.
- Assisting with and ensuring team procedures are appropriately documented.
- Processing customer KYC (Identity Verification) checks across a variety of different methods.
- Continually updating knowledge around betting products.
- Making outbound calls to establish and develop relationships with current and prospective customers.
Requirements:
- A passion for customer service.
- An understanding of upholding confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
- The ability to make clear and well-reasoned decisions.
- Availability to work out of hours shifts and weekends.
- A high level of attention to detail, with an ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity of MS Office Applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
