Sales Director Banking Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our banking team and drive revenue growth for Gartner. This is a highly demanding role that requires strong leadership, business acumen, and sales expertise.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business results aligned with overall sales objectives
- Manage a team of quota-bearing associates to drive revenue growth
- Recruit, retain, and develop top talent within the sales team
- Drive high activity through team prospecting sessions and provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports
- Build and maintain C-level relationships to drive business outcomes
- 8+ years of consultative sales experience in high technology, with 3+ years of management experience
- Strong business acumen, forecasting skills, influencing skills, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales associates
