We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of sales professionals and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers to deliver sales results and meet performance targets.
Job Description:- Leadership and Team Management:
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team of Territory Managers.
- Set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure team members achieve their best.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
