This role reports to the Product Sales Director, Asia Pacific and is responsible for managing Foam Agent and Foam Hardware demand creation and sales activities in the APAC region.
Based on close assessment of ongoing projects, formulate and provide monthly order bookings and sales revenue forecasts, including analysis of risks and opportunities to maximise forecast accuracy.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in weekly sales staff calls and updating Territory Sales Directors and Product Sales Director on order bookings and forecast achievement
- Setting pricing recommendations and discount structures and participating in Special Price Request reviews with the Territory Sales Manager, Pricing Manager and Product Sales Director
- Supporting existing distributors and system integrators, driving demand creation and sales to achieve minimum expectations
Based at the Melbourne office

- Oversee a sales group and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful communications

About You
- Sales or marketing management, advertising or media buying experience
- Proven track record in leading teams to success
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills; knowledge of digital products and landscape
- Formal qualifications in Business, Management or Marketing

Your Job: As the Regional Sales Director ANZ, you will lead CES sales across Australia and New Zealand, drive profitable revenue growth, set go-to-market strategies for ANZ and build relationships with end users, consultants, distributors, system integrators, resellers and others. Focus on CES targeted vertical markets offering a wide range of solutions.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive profitable sales growth and market share in Australia and New Zealand
- Build and maintain relationships with end users, distributors, consultants, system integrators, installers and partners
- Lead and guide the Australia sales team to high performance
- Target verticals including healthcare, education, financial services and enterprise data centers
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, operations and customer support
- Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats
- Achieve and exceed revenue and KPI targets
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
- Experience leading a sales team in structured cabling or similar ANZ region
- Proven track record in sales strategy and revenue growth
- Strong end-user and partner relationship management experience
- Experience selling infrastructure solutions into enterprises
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the ANZ region
