Customer Resolution Specialist

Exciting Opportunity at TPG Telecom
We are seeking a highly skilled Candidate should have contact centre experience and / or telecommunications experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and resolution skills, with the ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions that adhere to company policy and procedures.
The role involves liaising with other departments and business stakeholders, while keeping the customer informed until a mutually agreed resolution is reached.
You will be responsible for:
- Exercising independent judgement and providing effective communication in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Providing quality and accurate information when handling customer enquiries.
- Taking ownership and keeping the customer informed of the progress of resolution efforts.
- Identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
- Liaising with other areas of the business and key stakeholders.
Key requirements include:
- Contact centre experience and / or telecommunications experience preferred.
- Proven attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer resolution focus.
- Ability to think outside the box providing creative solutions that adhere to company policy and procedures.
