Job Overview

The Client Service Executive I is a vital position that involves delivering exceptional client service, driving business growth, and contributing to the development of our Consumer Benefits Solutions Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects related to Enrollment Solutions deals with precision
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Manager (CM) to understand all aspects of client engagement
  • Create content independently for Enrollment Solutions implementation calls
  • Develop delivery scope internally, ensuring timely completion and on-track delivery (coordinates with technology, communications, Enrollment Counselors, field, etc.)
  • Align content closely with the Client Manager for weekly call agendas and customer concern items
  • Define program governance controls
  • Plan the overall program, monitor progress, and address any obstacles
  • Handle risks and issues, taking corrective measures and discussing resource options with DCS
  • Coordinate projects and their interdependencies inside and outside the organization
  • Identify and gather resources across projects
  • Develop communication strategies and partner with vested parties
  • Ensure project results align with goals, with the aid of the CM and DCS
  • Execute the main project plan

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in benefits, preferably in Voluntary Benefits
  • A minimum of two years of project management experience
  • Client management experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
