Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team in Toowoomba. As the first point of contact for customers, your goal will be to provide exceptional service and support with equipment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have previous face-to-face customer service experience, a desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and general computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). You will also need to be capable of learning and absorbing technical information and physically able to lift and move equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoices
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
  • Assisting customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
