- Supporting participants to develop skills and become job ready
- Delivering high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
- Enhancing employability through training and support service referrals
- Developing personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with local employers and community groups

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A solutions-focused approach with a can-do attitude
- Empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment
