About the Role

We are seeking a Client Service Executive to fill this key position in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Consumer Benefit Solutions Group.

The ideal candidate will have two+ years of benefits experience, with a strong preference for Voluntary Benefits experience. They will also possess project management experience, client management experience, and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Project managing of assigned Enrollment Solutions deals
  • Working closely with Client Manager (CM) to understand all dynamics of client engagement
  • Creating content and independently lead the implementation call for Enrollment Solutions
  • Internally developing relevant delivery scope, ensuring timelines met and delivery on track
  • Aligning closely with the Client Manager on content for weekly call agendas and items of customer concern
  • Defining the program governance controls
  • Planning the overall program, monitor progress and address any obstacles
  • Handling risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
  • Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies inside and outside of the organization
  • Identifying and bringing together resources across projects
  • Develop and partner with vested parties in all communication
