Our organization is seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to join our team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Customer Success Specialists and driving the retention and growth of our local client base.

  • Coach and train the team on best-in-class account management strategies.">
  • Nurture relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts.">
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize the customer journey.">
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Experience to shape the next phase of success at our company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success and progression in a Customer Success or Account Management role.">
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.">
  • Experience managing successful teams of three or more people.">
  • Passion for brands and branding, ideally with experience in Brand/Marketing/MarTech.
