- A deep understanding of Fair Work legislation, Awards, and daily IR and ER processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Capacity to work independently, manage sensitive matters, and influence others quietly.
- Based in or open to relocating to Geraldton.
