**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Builder. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving value and innovation through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, with proven experience in technical client-facing roles, ideally in heavy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead early-stage engagement and technical discussions to shape opportunities that support our regional growth.

  • Contribute to estimating and pipeline development, ensuring seamless transition from client intent to execution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A trade or technical qualification in mechanical or manufacturing engineering (preferred).
  • Proven experience in technical client-facing roles, ideally in heavy industry.
  • Strong ability to interpret drawings, scopes, and customer requirements.
  • Commercial awareness with a knack for shaping value-based outcomes.
  • The confidence to work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the wider team.
