Customer Support Co-ordinator

We are seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our team in Perth on a fixed-term basis. This role will involve utilising your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers, and make outgoing calls to customers to organise new jobs and build rapport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Process purchase orders, liaise with customers on a daily basis, and proactively resolve client issues.
  • Support Services: Support the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables.
  • Communication: Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services.
  • Job Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and process jobs through an internal software.
  • Invoice Processing: Process and approve invoices for customers through internal software.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/reception and support).
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Love working in a team environment.
  • Experience using Ariba would be an advantage.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, as well as background checks.
